"...today's business climate is as demanding as ever.   My clients are selling any job they can with need to put the product in the ground ASAP...I'd like to share a situation that I had just a few days ago..My very good customer...relies on us to have what he needs to "get it done"...His normal business would usually call for 40 accent fixtures, maybe 3 wall wash and a half dozen well lights...this however called for 21 well lights...we had 17 in stock and he was on his way to pick it up for his install the following morning...It's 3:45pm central time....Now, I know to get same day delivery from any of your distribution points we'd really need to have that order in by 12:00 noon at the latest...within 5 minutes I had confirmation that an overnight shipment...would arrive the next day...You can't put a price on that type of service!! Our business has grown with customers...solely on the fact of MY service to THEM, which could not happen without YOUR service to ME...Kichler makes me look good...

" I rec’d some recent information from Sheffield showing the outdoor lighting cost for January, February, and March in ‘08 and ’09 for the front entrance at SHOA.  Obviously in ’08 everything was Halogen and in ’09 all have been converted to Kichler LED.  It appears we have a true $ savings between the 2 service offerings of 45 – 55%. This should provide us all some real value over time!

"I installed 25 new Kichler LED accent lights at a home in North Scottsdale   one wire #10 running approx 165ft with 22 lights on when we got there. Starting voltage was 12.6v at trans ending voltage was 8.4v at last light. changed all the lights and added 3 more path lights. ending voltage was 11.6 at last light very happy with the results!
