Kichler Lighting a leader in interior and exterior decorative lighting, landscape
lighting and ceiling fans. Kichler products are available through authorized independent lighting
showrooms, home furnishing stores, procurement companies, and select e-retailers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
This position receives a high volume of monitored phone calls and:

Enters orders
-
Expedites orders
-
Traces shipments
-
Provides pricing & inventory information
-
Supplies technical information and support
-
Processes sample requests
-
Issues RMA’s
-
Writes up requests for credits and “Bill Only's”
-
Coordinates with other functional areas to benefit the customer
-
Backs up other Team members
Specific work experience and job requirements for this position:
-
Must have 2+ years Call Center experience
-
Must have proven ability to understand and comprehend technical
information
-
Must have proven ability to handle multiple tasks
-
Must have proven ability to function as part of a team

Must have Professional Phone Technique
-
Computer and/or PeopleSoft skills
-
Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
-
Be detailed oriented
-
Possess excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate (verbal, written, listening)

Ability to deal with challenging customers/situations

Possess high transaction management skills

Open to change/be flexible
